A 1990 plantation of 1.67 hectares of Aligote in Trousselle's home village of Orches in the upper cliffs of the Hautes-Cotes de Beaunes.
From a high altitude, limestone-centric terroir where there are lower temps and ideal exposure comes this NEW! Aligote from young dynamo David Trousselle (whom we met thru Pierre Boisson). Zippy, fresh and floral with a gorgeous mineral core, this white Burgundy is the perfect aperitif or partner to a plate of charcuterie.
