Gerard Boulay Sancerre Rosé 2015Unlike many Sancerre Roses, Gerard harvests his Pinot specifically to make rose by direct press, then into tank. It is not a selection of young vines as he has no young Pinot vines. What makes the rosé one year could make red another, and vice versa, depending on what the vintage gives.

Château de Pourcieux Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016This wine has a gleaming and luminous pale pink colour. Expressing notes of pink grapefruit, the nose is delicate and delicious. On the palate, a sense of freshness prevails. Balance and elegance characterize this wine. Aromas of white fruit (peach) are revealed in mid-palate. This rose enjoys a lingering aroma in the finale. As is true of our white wines, in order to make the most of its fresh and lively fragrance, our rosé is best consumed during the year succeeding its vintage. When served moderately cool, between 10° C and 12° C, it is an ideal apéritif, particularly appropriate with light meals : grills, white meat, terrine of scallops, salad of small red fruits etc. It goes without saying that this is a perfect accompaniment for Provençal and Asian cuisines.
Domaine Isle Saint Pierre Dry Rose 2016We discovered the Isle Saint Pierre wines through our friends Karina and Guillaume Lefevre of Domaine du Sulauze, home of the famed Pomponette Pink! Isle Saint-Pierre is a small island in the middle of the Rhône river, located 25km south of Arles and 15km away from the Mediterranean in the heart of the Camargue region. In 1927, Parisian wine merchant Pierre Chassaing founded Domaine Isle Saint-Pierre and devoted himself to cultivating vines and raising sheep. A few vines remains from that time, together with a flock of 200 sheep that provides the manure needed to nourish the vines. The proximity to the water means that the island enjoys a coastal climate (with a cooling influence from the nearby bodies of water) and deep, well draining sedimentary soils comprised of sand and silt. Sustainably Farmed.

Albert Ponnelle Bourgogne Les Tilleuls 2015Pinot Noir is a red grape with white juice. The bunches are compact, the berries have fine skins and delicate juice, which is white unless left in contact with the skins. This produces wines of great quality, long with incomparable fruit, fine and delicate tannins. They are never blended with other varieties and are made according to the particular vineyards they come from.
Domaine Hubert Lignier Bourgogne Rouge 2013We always consider the Bourgogne Rouge from the Ligniers as "outside of category" for its depth and complexity that rivals wines from more elite appellations. The vineyard in Morey is 1.5 hectares in size and the vines are 35 years of age (as of 2012). The Ligniers handle this wine in the same manner as the village wines of the domaine except for a more brief elevage.

Made from fruit grown in our vineyard in Mendoza, Finca Wölffer Rosé 2015 is a landmark rosé wine. Winemaker and Partner Roman Roth specially selected the component varietals-52% Malbec, 11% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Gris, 10% Bonarda, 8% Torrontés and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon-to grow and make this wine on purpose, not in a saignée process common to rosé production in this region. With its luminous pink glow and elegant, dry style, Finca Wölffer Rosé is the first of its kind from Argentina.

Wolffer Classic White Table Wine 2016The original parcel of land was a potato farm with an old farmhouse in what is now the middle of the estate. Over the years, as more acres were acquired, paddocks and stables were added and, in 1988, the vineyard was founded. This 55-acre vineyard is part of a 175-acre estate with boarding stables, 39 paddocks, an indoor jumping ring, and a Grand Prix field. Both the stables and winery have a European character and, from these former potato fields, world-class wines have come forth. Wölffer Estate Vineyard is an American winery in the classic European tradition.
Wolffer Chardonnay 2015Bright gold in color, this Chardonnay has fantastic aromas of ripe peach and apricot topped with a cream. The mouth-feel is zaftig with beautiful play between the pure, ripe fruit, sun-drenched and concentrated berry flavors and elegant acidity. The finish is long with creamy lees, plush alcohol and lingering stone-fruit flavors. A very versatile, food-friendly wine with great aging potential. Serving Suggestion: Serve slightly chilled with a variety of foods, including shellfish, lobster, crabcakes, fin-fish and white meats. This vintage also is the perfect wine with which to experience the classic pairing of Chardonnay and farmhouse cheddar.
Wolffer Sauvignon Blanc 2016Shiny light pale yellow in color. Wonderful fresh fruit notes like green mango and pears with fine hints of lime and kiwi aromas fill the glass. The mouth-feel is elegant and mineral-driven with solid ripe fruit characters. There is a beautiful touch of acidity along the long clean and classic finish. Serving suggestions: Serve chilled. Pair this crisp and elegant wine with raw oysters and clams; fresh, soft cheeses; beet, pasta and other flavorful salads, and any fish and white meat dishes.

Wolffer Classic Red Blend 2014The wine is dark red; almost black in color. Beautiful Cassis aromas with fine sandalwood and lovely earthy, but floral, notes fills the glass. The mouth-feel is medium bodied, but has character and nice concentration. Wonderful fruit is backed with ripe layers of smooth velvet tannins, giving great structure. The overall lush berry notes and a bit of acidity give a nice brightness. The finish has some dark chocolate and minerality. Extremely food friendly with great longevity.
Wolffer Fatalis Fatum 2014Almost black with a dark red rim in color. Wonderful rich aromas of ripe sweet currants, sandalwood and smoked herbs. The mouth-feel is lush and intense with wonderful dark fruit notes, licorice, coffee, and dark chocolate. Wonderful layers of oak and ripe tannins are well integrated into a structured and complex long finish. Beautiful ripe tannins give a solid backbone to this classic style red blend. This wine is a keeper and will unfold for many years to come. Pairing: We suggest decanting this wine for at least one hour before serving. Pair it with rich red meats-especially lamb and game, wild mushroom risotto, or aged and "stinky" cheeses.
Wolffer Cassango Cabernet Sauvignon 2013The color is almost black with a dark red-brick hue. The nose is elegant and filled with ripe fruit. Black berries, prunes, cassis, fine toasted oak, grape skin (lees), and some licorice. The mouth-feel is lush and vibrant with elegant ripe fruit that is backed by layers of ripe lush tannins, great minerality and black chocolate notes. There is great precision and structure from start through the long finish. This is a young Cabernet Sauvignon that will be long-lived and will get better and better with every year. Serve this robust Cab with the classic pairing of lamb, or try other meats like a grilled strip steak with arugula pesto and Port wine beef short ribs. For fish dishes, pair it with swordfish or shark. Also try with aged Gouda, truffle pasta or just savor it on its own.
Wolffer Landius Pinot Noir 2013Dark red brick in color. Amazing aromas of ripe fruits fill the glass. Black cherry, blueberry jam, prunes, and figs are laced with toasted sandalwood, roasted almonds and a classic crushed stone flintiness. The mouth-feel has amazing concentration. There is lots of fruit and is loaded with layers and layers of ripe velvet tannins and fine minerality. The wine is amazingly vibrant and pure with a huge fruit-driven finish that goes on and on. This is a huge PN that will be able to age very well and be paired with big dishes.
