We will always do our best to address your concern. Please read through below:
Corked wine - If a wine is legitimally "corked" contact us and we will arrange a credit.
Off tasting wine - If a wine "tastes off" then this is a discussion with us. Please keep in mind bottle variation is rampant in no sulphite or low sulphite wine; we cannot be responsible for this. Unless a wine is flawed we cannot give a refund. Open bottles left overnight or longer can oxidize quickly and may apear flawed; this does not warrant a return.
Spirits - Unless a bottle has a substantial "low fill" due to a bottling problem, we cannot provide a return.
Place order online and click Store Pickup, call us from parking lot to pick up 631-324-0906, we will bring order out.
Local deliveries are done at end of day or next day depending on location.
