Our Meursault Santenots expresses above all the minerality of this exceptional terroir. Our method of breeding, without excessive batonnage, gives it extra energy and tension. This white wine is dry, very fruity, with a persistent bouquet reminiscent of hazelnut. Its fat is not expressed in attack, but on the length. It can be tasted young or kept for several years.

The Meursault Santenots 1er Cru was very primal and leesy on the nose, grapefruit, chamomile and kiwi fruit scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, pear and gooseberry on the entry, cutting acidity with a straightforward, lightly spiced finish. Maybe just a little conservative, but this is well-crafted.
