Fermented honey was probably the world's first alcoholic beverage and our COMB White is distilled 100% from honey. We use state of the art distillation techniques to deliver a spirit with true honey character without being sweet. As in all COMB Spirits, we start by making a honey wine (mead). Multiple distillations can destroy many of the subtle flavors and aromas of our wine, so we only heat it once in a unique process that allows us to separate impurities and capture the heart of the flavors. COMB White is unfiltered and unaged, so it retains its original clear white color. Use it in place of rum, tequila or cachaca in a cocktail, on ice or simply neat.
