The 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin Petite Chapelle ler Cru comes from three parcels, matures in 70% new oak and is made with around 40% whole bunch fruit. It has a concentrated bouquet with layers of macerated red fruit, candied orange peel and pressed flowers. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin, slightly confit at the entry, then more strict and linear towards the finish with a touch of white pepper on the aftertaste.
