Mora&Memo vineyards are located in the south-eastern corner of Sardinia, a rolling hill area surrounded by the Sette Fratelli peaks, the tallest mountains of the south of the island. It is an area of strong winegrowing vocation, where the white limestone soil is punctuated by the green of the vines and the olive trees together with the Mediterranean flora.

Intense and persistent bouquet with floral and herbal aromas, rosemary, thyme and sage. On the palette, citrus, bright green apple, almond, and sea spray interplay together to a nice dry mineral finish.

Perfect for fish with delicate flesh seasoned with light sauces, oysters, clams, and grilled light meats that highlight green and herbal flavors.
