This is a unoak captivating, salivatingly, and deliciously bright crisp 100% Chardonnay. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with no malo-lactic fermentation resulting in a dry wine with flavors and aromas of minerals, apples, pears, citrus fruit and lemon curd. 

The Chardonnay (from the classic Dijon clones) was harvested from vineyards on both the North and South forks. 

Comfortable with either complementary or contrasting flavors, try this wine with crisp, briny shellfish or oily bluefish and wild salmon; fresh cheeses, a citrus roast chicken or a fresh salad with duck confit.
