From high altitude, limestone-centric terroirs where there are lower temps and vineyards with ideal exposure.
Aged for ten months in barrel, 20% of which are new. Free sulfur readings for David's white wines: 30-35 mg/l
White tree fruit with a discernible hint of toast on the nose. Elegant palate, harmoniously combining white stone fruit and pleasant minerality with the oak being very well integrated into the wine. A wonderful elegant expression of white burgundy.
