.3 hectare in Santenay split between three parcels (one rocky hillside, one near Chassagne, one under a limestone quarry) All destemmed, 15 day natural yeast fermentation/maceration with very gentle extraction. Free sulfur = 25-30 mg/l Aged 12-15 months in barrel, 15% of which are new.
