Inama Vin Soave Classico 2021
|Region||Italy, Veneto, Soave Classico|
On the nose there is the nectar of field flowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with a finish of almond, typical of classic Garganega. Food Pairing: It matches, in particular, with risotto, white fish, crude and sushi, or salads. In the local tradition: Good with stewed peas, cuttlefish, or fresh ricotta. With seasonal vegetables: Broccoli Fiolaro, white and green asparagus, or peas.
The 2021 Vin Soave isn't bottled yet, but it is already firing on all cylinders. It's amazingly floral and very pretty, yet understated with gingery spice, yellow flowers and a spritz of lime. This is silky and round with masses of saline-minerals, orangey fruits and unexpected depths. The finish is long and perfumed, leaning a bit toward the tropical spectrum. The 2021 totally punches above its price point.
