Nose: Initial aromas of yellow and white fruits (pear, apple, peach), followed by vanilla and brioche.
Palate: A "frank and dynamic" attack with a symphony of fruit flavors like lemon and grapefruit, leading to a nutty, toasty complexity.
The Blend: Typically consists of 50-55% Pinot Noir for structure, 28-33% Chardonnay for elegance, and 15-20% Meunier for roundness.
Aging: It is aged for a minimum of three years on its lees, which contributes to its signature toasty and brioche notes.
