Pol Roger Brut Réserve, often called "White Foil," is the signature non-vintage Champagne from one of the few remaining family-owned houses in Épernay.
Appearance: Beautiful golden straw color with fine, abundant bubbles.
Nose: Powerful aromas of pear and mango, followed by honeysuckle, jasmine, and lingering notes of vanilla and brioche.
Palate: A "frank and dynamic attack" with a harmonious balance of cooked fruits (quince jelly, apricot jam), beeswax, and acacia honey.
Finish: Long-lasting with hints of candied orange peel, tangerine, and spices like cardamom and anise.
The Brut Réserve is designed for consistency, blending equal parts of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay from 30 different crus.
