A 100% Gamay red wine crafted with a "neo-traditionalist" approach, utilizing sustainable viticulture and classic Burgundian techniques. It is widely praised for its excellent value and fruit-forward profile. Whole cluster fermentation followed by aging in cement tanks (and sometimes neutral oak) to maintain fruit purity.
