A certified organic and biodynamic dry rosé wine produced in the Wagram region of Austria. Crafted by winemaker Toni Soellner from grapes grown on the sandy-clay and loess soils of Gösing, it is widely recognized for its vibrant, low-alcohol profile and exceptionally crisp finish.
Flavor Notes: Displays a distinct aromatic profile of fresh red raspberry, cherry, and red currant. It features a unique, savory undertone of wild herbs, subtle white pepper spice, and a strong mineral backbone.

Grape Composition: Typically dominated by Blauer Zweigelt (often 60% to 80%), blended dynamically across vintages with varieties like Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Hand-harvested and slowly fermented with indigenous yeasts entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It undergoes cold spring bottling without heavy manipulation or excessive sulfur to maintain natural crispness.
Dietary Attributes: The estate targets low-intervention production, making this wine histamin-free and suitable for vegans. Alcohol levels remain exceptionally light, ranging between 11% and 11.5% ABV.
