The signature 100% Chardonnay Champagne from the world’s oldest established Champagne house. Known for its aromatic finesse and distinctive "clear-glass" bottle, it primarily uses grapes from Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
Appearance: A brilliant pale golden-yellow color with subtle green glints and a persistent stream of fine bubbles.
Aroma: Intensely aromatic, opening with fresh citrus (ripe lemon, grapefruit), juicy pear, and white peach.
Secondary notes include white flowers (jasmine, acacia), ginger, and pink peppercorn.
Palate: A supple and rounded attack that balances tension with a creamy, "pillowy" mousse. Expect flavors of lemon curd, nectarine, and a subtle toasty, brioche finish.
Finish: Long and refreshing with a distinct mineral or "chalky" texture.
