A highly regarded Pinot Noir known for its deep, pure profile and exceptional longevity. Critics generally consider it one of the most structured and reserved wines in the Chevillon cellar for this vintage.
Nose: A complex blend of black cherries, pomegranate, dark chocolate, and gamebird, complemented by woodsmoke, soil tones, and a hint of cedary new oak.
Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated with ripe, integrated tannins. It is noted for its "power without weight," featuring a plush mouthfeel and strong mid-palate minerality.
Finish: Sappy, focused, and very long with excellent transparency.
