A highly regarded, crisp, and bone-dry rosé wine produced from 100% Pinot Noir. It originates from the steep, limestone-rich slopes of the tiny hamlet of Maimbray in the Loire Valley, France.
Flavor Profile: Offers vibrant, mineral-accented aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red currant. These are balanced by orange zest, tangerine, citrus blossom, and a prominent chalky dryness on the finish.
Soil Terroir: Sourced from 30 to 60-year-old vines grown in Terres Blanches (Kimmeridgian marl and pure chalk), which infuses the wine with notable energy and a distinct mineral baseline.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested grapes undergo direct pressing (rosé de presse) and stainless steel fermentation. They are aged on fine lees over the winter to add subtle textural roundness before bottling.
Food Pairings: Pairs exceptionally well with fresh summer tomato salads, goat cheese tarts, green vegetables, or grilled salmon.
