An expressive Pinot Noir from the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy, France. Produced by Christophe Denizot, this vintage is known for its intense fruit profile and structured yet approachable character. The fruit is sourced from 2.5 hectares of both young and old vines. The grapes are completely de-stemmed and undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration for four to five days to enhance color and fruit extraction.
Flavor Profile: It features aromas of bright cherry, blackberry, and autumnal fruits, layered with earthy notes of mineral, leather, and occasionally grilled meats.
Structure: This is a medium-bodied red with fresh acidity and silky, subtle tannins.
