A 100% Pinot Noir produced by the Guibert family in the Languedoc region of France. It is widely recognized as a "high-value" or "everyday" wine that offers the typical characteristics of a French Pinot Noir without the premium price of Burgundy.
Nose: Aromas of candied cherry, raspberry, and light roasted hints with mocha and spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied and mouthwatering, featuring succulent red fruit, balanced acidity, and soft, round tannins.

Appellation: IGP Pays d’Oc.
Terroir: The grapes are grown on rich clay and limestone soils in Cournonterral and Fabrègues, benefiting from cooling Mediterranean sea breezes.
Vinification: The wine undergoes 3–5 days of cold maceration and matures for six months in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness.
