A highly polished, 100% Pinot Noir rosé from the Loire Valley. The 2025 vintage grew during a hot, fast season with an early late-August harvest, resulting in concentrated berries with an excellent balance of ripe flavor and vibrant acidity.
Visual: Brilliant, pale salmon-pink. [
Nose: Intense and complex, opening with juicy vineyard peach and wild strawberry, layered with white pepper, orange zest, and a subtle stony undertone.
Palate: Bone-dry, crisp, and linear. It leads with a sharp, refreshing attack of citrus fruit, balancing out a juicy mid-palate of red summer berries and a distinct chalky, limestone minerality. Finish: Very long, clean, and refreshing, leaving behind a characteristic touch of cool menthol and savory stone
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir.
Terroir / Soil: A blend of several plots spanning Oxfordian caillottes (stony limestone) and Kimmeridgian marls.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested, obtained via direct pressing, and aged on total lees for six months (70–85% in stainless steel tanks, with the remaining small portion in large oak barrels) before being bottled in March 2026.
Food Pairings: Pairs exceptionally well with grilled prawns, poached salmon, summer salads, herb-roasted chicken, or young goat cheeses
