A fresh, organic white wine from the Southern Rhône valley, known for its elegant minerality and vibrant fruit profile.
Aromas: Delicate and expressive with notes of pear, apricot, and white flowers (hawthorn and lime blossom), followed by hints of anise.
Palate: Described as pure and vibrant with intense minerality and a subtle richness (roundness) that balances its fresh acidity.
Finish: The wine typically concludes with a long, "aerial-style" or mouthwatering finish.
Varietal Blend: Typically a blend of 40% Clairette (often Clairette Rose), 40% Grenache Blanc, and 20% Roussanne.
Vinification: The grapes are grown on sandy and pebble-rich soils. The standard blanc is typically fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for about 6 months to preserve fruit purity, while the "Chapelle" may see partial or full aging in French oak barrels for added complexity.
