A prestige white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the estate's oldest vines. It is produced by the Thevenet & Fils estate, which is currently run by Jean-Claude's three sons. This wine is notable for its lack of oak aging. It is fermented and aged in concrete and stainless steel (en cuve) to maintain the purity of the fruit and mineral terroir.
Expect a powerful, highly concentrated wine with notes of lime, jasmine, tilleul (linden), and pear. It is often described as having a "buttery and complex" style with refreshing acidity and a dense, round mouthfeel.
