An organic, biodynamic Chardonnay from Burgundy, France, that blends estate fruit with grapes from trusted partners to balance freshness and ripeness.
Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for one year in used 228-liter French oak barrels without racking.
Aromas: Prominent notes of white flowers, citrus peel, and sea spray.
Palate: A "push and pull" style that balances the bright acidity of high-altitude fruit with the ripe, luscious generosity of fruit from the Mâconnais. Described as having a broad mid-palate with a "stony anchor" and saline minerality.
