A village-level white Burgundy that offers a balance of rich fruit and crisp minerality, often cited as a high-value alternative to more expensive Côte de Beaune appellations. Sourced from multiple hillside parcels totaling 2 2/3 hectares in the southwestern quadrant of Saint-Aubin. The wine undergoes aging on its lees in oak barrels for approximately 8 months. Notably, this specific cuvée typically uses no new oak, which preserves its fresh, fruit-forward character.
Aromas: Notable scents of riper pear, apple compote, white flowers, and wet stone.
Palate: Described as medium-bodied and "caressing" with a supple texture. It features flavors of lemon, citrus, and green apple, often underscored by subtle notes of vanilla, butter, and oak from barrel aging.
