This village-level white is noted for its energy and liveliness, often outperforming expectations for its classification. The grapes come from two parcels in the climat Porroux, located east of the village. This specific spot was chosen because the nearby road blocks cold air, helping to maintain natural acidity in the Chardonnay. The wine typically undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged in oak barrels for 14 to 18 months, with a focus on balancing firmness and suppleness. The estate follows organic and biodynamic practices.
Aromas: Expect a bouquet featuring lime, Anjou pear, and fresh grapefruit, layered with floral notes and buttery pastry.
