A 100% Pinot Noir produced by Philippe and Isabelle Collotte in Marsannay-la-Côte. It is highly regarded as a high-value entry into Burgundy, often over-delivering for its price point. A blend primarily from vines planted in 1947 in the "Champ Forey" parcel (80%), with the remaining 20% sourced from Chambolle-Musigny. Designed to be fresh and approachable, focusing on pure fruit expression rather than heavy impact.
Aroma: Features a lively bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, and red fruits, with subtle notes of pepper and florals.
Palate: A medium-bodied, silky wine with "melting, fluid, delicious flavor". It is described as savory and minerally with vibrant acidity and polished tannins.
