A vibrant, dry Italian sparkling wine from the Emilia-Romagna region. It is crafted by one of Italy’s most historic Lambrusco producers using the Charmat (cuve close) method, where secondary fermentation occurs in pressurized stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit aromas.
Aromas: Intense fragrances of wild strawberries, raspberries, and red currants, often accompanied by hints of bread crust or pastry cream.
Palate: Tangy and well-structured with a creamy texture. Flavors include red cherry, watermelon, and lemon, finishing with a crisp, dry snap.
Appearance: Features a deep pink to violet-shaded hue with a lively, persistent mousse and fine bubbles.
Grape Varieties: A blend typically consisting of 85% Lambrusco Grasparossa and 15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir).
