A highly sought-after village-level red Burgundy produced from three specific plots: Les Frémières, Aux Échanges, and Les Maladières. Although classified as a village wine, it is often noted for having the depth and texture of a Premier Cru. Savory and classic, known for its "feminine" finesse and silky texture.
Aroma: Inviting notes of raspberries, plums, spices, and rose petals, sometimes featuring a "tang of marmalade" or incense.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a velvety, seamless feel. It is characterized by very fine tannins, crisp acidity, and a long, penetrating finish.
