Aromas: Inviting bouquet of red currants, pomegranate, ripe blackberries, and dark cherries, accented by floral notes and a touch of deep graphite.
Palate: Medium-bodied and supple with a well-balanced structure. It features lively acidity and smooth, velvety tannins that lead to a savory, lingering finish.
Varietal: Made primarily from 100% select Sangiovese Grosso grapes sourced from younger vines in the Altesino, Pianezzine, and Macina vineyards.
Aging: Fermented in stainless steel, then aged in large oak barrels for 6 to 8 months, followed by 3 months of bottle aging before release.
