A sweet, mixology-focused Champagne specifically designed by the iconic French house to be served over ice. It features a high dosage of 55 to 60 grams of sugar per liter, classifying it as a Demi-Sec Champagne. This makes it significantly sweeter than the brand's classic Brut Yellow Label, which contains only about 9–10 grams of sugar per liter.
Aromas: Strong expressive bouquet of peach, apricot, and mango with a soft hint of almond.
Palate: A juicy, creamy texture featuring exotic pineapple balanced by vibrant citrus, lemongrass, and verbena
The Blend: Composed of 50% Pinot Noir (providing structural backbone), 30% Meunier (boosting fresh, round, gourmand fruit notes), and 20% Chardonnay (adding a crisp finish).
