Nose: Aromas of mirabelle plum, crisp orchard fruit, dried cherry, and orange zest, layered with notes of fresh bread, vanilla pod, and honey.
Palate: Full-bodied and enveloping with a "lavish core of fruit" (red berries, pear, and apricot) balanced by bright acidity and a fine, pinpoint mousse.
