An organic white wine from the Colli di Luni DOC, a region spanning the border of Liguria and Tuscany. The 2024 vintage includes several distinct bottlings, most notably the "Vigne Basse" and the more complex "Fosso di Corsano".
Style: An "everyday" Vermentino known for being crisp, fruity, and elegant.
Profile: Features notes of green apples, lime, ripe citrus, and white peach, with a zesty core and savory minerality.
Composition: Primarily Vermentino (approx. 95%) with a small amount of Albarola (5%).
Farming: The estate is an organically farmed 24-hectare property.
Process: Grapes are hand-harvested in September. The wine is aged on its lees (the "Vigne Basse" for 4 months, "Fosso di Corsano" for 6-8 months) in steel or cement tanks to enhance texture while maintaining freshness.
Pairing: Ideally suited for seafood, light cream sauces, or as an aperitif.
