This village-level wine is highly regarded for its "Premier Cru" quality, as the Les Cloux vineyard sits on a steep, sheltered southeast-facing slope adjacent to the Sous Frétille Premier Cru.
Winemaking: Aged for 12–14 months on its lees in 228-liter barrels, with only 20% new oak to preserve freshness.
