Aromas: Notes of black cherries, cassis, and pomegranate, accented by gamebird, bitter chocolate, woodsmoke, and fresh thyme.
Palate: Described as ample and concentrated with a sappy core of black fruit. It features a "silky tannic thread" and refreshing minerality.
