A highly refreshing, low-alcohol, and slightly effervescent Spanish rosé wine from the Basque Country. Crafted by Bodega Rezabal in the coastal town of Zarautz under the PDO Getariako Txakolina, it is a summer favorite celebrated for its distinct mineral lift and lively spritz.
Aromas: Explodes with vivid wild strawberries, pink grapefruit, cranberries, and subtle herbal, jalapeno-like notes.
Palate: Crisp, light-bodied, and bone-dry with a signature fine, tongue-tingling carbonation.
Finish: Delivers high, mouth-watering acidity balanced by a distinct, salty sea-spray salinity
Grape Varieties: Dominated by the native red grape Hondarrabi Beltza (historically around 80–90%) and blended with the white grape Hondarrabi Zuri.
Method: Grapes are grown on high-trellis vine systems just a mile from the ocean. Natural carbonation is trapped during cold steel tank fermentation to maintain its delicate fizz.

Serving: Best served well-chilled. Traditionally poured from an elevated height to maximize the release of its natural, playful effervescence.
