A classic expression of Northern Rhône Syrah, known for its elegance and "Burgundian" balance. This vintage is noted for being fresher and more accessible than the previous 2020 vintage.
Described as "fresh and racy" with perfume notes of violet and a "chalky-fine mineral" foundation. A profile of spring flowers, forest floor, and pepper.
Winemaking: Employs traditional methods including wild yeast fermentation and approximately 90–100% whole-cluster (non-destemmed) grapes to enhance perfume and freshness.
Aging: Aged in a combination of 225-liter barrels and 500–600 liter demi-muids, with a very low percentage of new oak (roughly 7–15%) to preserve fruit purity.
