A classic, organic village-level white Burgundy known for its balance of richness and vibrant freshness.
Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation; aged for 12 months in a mix of 50% barrique (approx. 20% new) and 50% large older foudre, followed by 6 months in stainless steel.
Aromas: An expressive bouquet of passionfruit, citrus peel, and crushed rock, accompanied by floral notes of white flowers and acacia.
Palate: Precise and well-balanced with flavors of white peach, lemon curd, and green apple. It features a lean, taut structure with a fine line of acidity and a signature mouth-watering salinity.
Finish: Long and mineral with persistent citrus freshness and subtle hints of hazelnut and brioche from its time in barrel.
