A fresh, fruit-forward red wine from Germán R. Blanco's "micro-winery" in La Aguilera, Spain. Known as a "vino de pueblo" (village wine), this vintage is designed for everyday enjoyment and offers a lighter, juicier alternative to the heavily oaked traditional styles of the region.
Flavor Profile: Expect a lively nose of cherries and plums with notes of cracked pepper and anise. It is characterized by bright acidity, soft tannins, and a clean finish.
Winemaking: Crafted with minimal intervention, including hand-harvesting and traditional foot-treading. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 5–6 months in used French or American oak barrels to preserve its fresh fruit character.
Grape & Vines: 100% Tempranillo (locally called Tinto Fino) sourced from organic, old vines averaging 50 years of age.
