A highly-acclaimed white Burgundy characterized by its precision, power, and electric acidity. Grapes are sourced from two distinct parcels on the Hill of Corton: the cooler, west-facing En Charlemagne for freshness and the warmer, south-facing Languettes for richness.PYCM uses whole-cluster pressing and aging in large-format French oak (primarily demi-muids) with minimal new oak and no bâtonnage (lees stirring) to preserve clarity and terroir.
Aromas: An expressive nose featuring quince, grapefruit, and acacia flowers, layered with notes of freshly baked bread, beeswax, and hazelnuts.
Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated yet "taut and electric". Expect flavors of lemon cream and white peach with a distinct saline, flinty finish.
