A highly refreshing, vibrant, and mineral-driven French rosé made from 100% Gamay grapes. Sourced from sustainable vineyards in the southern Beaujolais region, this specific vintage benefited from an intensely hot summer that yielded smaller but highly consistent, ripe, and balanced fruit compared to the previous year.
Visual Appearance: It displays a beautiful pale pink color with distinct fuchsia or salmon undertones.
Aromas: The nose offers a sweet and lively bouquet of fresh wild strawberries, raspberries, and subtle floral notes.
Palate: It is incredibly crisp and "fresh as a daisy," balancing a round, supple mouthfeel with bright, zippy acidity and a distinctive peppery mineral spine. You will notice vibrant notes of pomegranate seeds, sour cherries, and blackberries.
Winemaking Approach: True to the minimalist standards of the Famille Chermette, the wine is crafted using native yeasts, traditional semi-carbonic maceration, minimal sulfur (SO2) and brief aging in stainless steel vats to keep the flavors pure and transparent.
