An organic white wine from the Neusiedlersee district of Austria, known for its fresh, mineral-driven profile and elegant structure.
Aroma & Flavor: The wine features a seductive bouquet of green and white apples, pears, and peaches, complemented by soft notes of meadow herbs, white flowers, and fresh orange zest. On the palate, it is juicy and crisp with a light tannic grip and a distinct salty, mineral finish.

Production: To maintain its signature freshness, the wine is aged roughly 80% in stainless steel and 20% in wood. It is certified biodynamic and organic.
