A non-vintage (NV) Blanc de Noirs Champagne crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir. It is the flagship offering from the family-run estate located in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne, France.
Nose: Aromas are described as refined and rich, featuring notes of butter, almond, brioche, and fresh yellow apple.
Palate: It typically presents a creamy effervescence with flavors of lemon peel, white flowers, dried pear, and hints of spice.
Finish: The wine is noted for its "guillerette" (lively) bubbles and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
Composition: A blend of several high-quality vintages, typically incorporating around 30% reserve wines.
Aging: Aged on its lees for a minimum of 3 years in the house cellars before release, which is significantly longer than the legal minimum for NV Champagne.
Dosage: Usually finished with a dosage of 10 grams per liter, though the acidity is often described as well-balanced and crisp.
Terroir: Sourced from the clay and limestone-rich soils of Buxeuil and Polisy, which are known for producing rich, fruity expressions of Pinot Noir.
