A refreshing, dry white wine from the Languedoc region of France, widely regarded as a benchmark for the appellation. Often called the "Muscadet of the Midi," it is prized for its high acidity and maritime-influenced minerality.
Nose: Vibrant aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, complemented by green apple, yellow flowers, and a hint of sea-breeze salinity.
Palate: Zesty and "zippy" with high, mouth-watering acidity. It features flavors of crisp citrus and melon with a distinct briny/saline minerality that reflects its proximity to Mediterranean oyster beds.
Finish: Clean, dry, and surprisingly fleshy for a light wine, ending with lingering acidity
