A red Pinot Noir that represents a return to a "classic" Burgundy style, characterized by freshness and moderate alcohol levels rather than the intense ripeness of recent vintages. Vinified without new oak to preserve its natural "lively and seductive" character. It typically has an alcohol content around 13%.
Aroma: Features a "width and depth" of aroma with notes of red cherry and a complex, slightly grainy profile.
Palate: Described as "bright, joyous, and crystal clear" by producer Guillaume d'Angerville. It is fuller and rounder than the Bourgogne level, showing generous floral flavors in the finish.
