A unique, 100% Pinot Meunier Champagne that has gained a cult following for its vibrant, "vinous" character. Unlike most rosés that use a single method for color, winemaker Aurélien Laherte uses a complex "holy trinity" of Meunier vinification to achieve its deep salmon hue and layered structure.
Profile: Expect an expressive nose of wild strawberry, cranberry, and blood orange, with savory undertones of mint, dried flowers, and peppery citrus.

Composition: 100% Pinot Meunier, sourced from biodynamically farmed old vines in the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay and Vallée de la Marne.
Unique Blend: The final wine is a masterclass in Meunier, combining 60% direct-pressed white juice, 30% macerated juice (saignée) for fruit depth, and 10% still red wine for color and tannin.
Low Dosage: Finished as an Extra Brut with a very low dosage of 2.5 g/L, preserving its natural tension and chalky minerality.
