Tasting Notes: Dominated by fresh fruit and floral aromas, including peach, apricot, sage, mango, and orange blossom, often finishing with a clean, mineral edge.

Technical Details: Typically has a low alcohol content of around 5% to 5.5% ABV.
Production: Made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes grown in the Bricco Quaglia vineyard in Piedmont, which features calcareous and sandy soils.
Desserts: Ideal with fruit-based tarts (peach or apricot), Panettone, apple pie, or simple almond cookies.
Savoury & Spicy: Pairs surprisingly well with salty or spicy foods. Try it with Gorgonzola cheese, prosciutto and melon, or spicy Asian cuisine where the sweetness tempers the heat.
