This vintage is noted for its concentration and purity, often described as having an elegant, well-layered profile with a firm structure capable of aging. 100% destemmed fruit; aged for one year in barrels (approximately 50% new oak).
A generous and intense red, typically featuring notes of plum, black cherry, violets, and pungent earth.
