A light-to-medium-bodied red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes. It is produced by fourth-generation vigneron Jean-Paul Dubost at his estate in Lantignié, a village frequently cited as a potential future "Cru" of Beaujolais due to its high-quality terroir. A "natural" and low-intervention wine, it is typically fermented with natural yeasts and bottled with minimal sulfur. It undergoes a two-week whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks, a classic technique that emphasizes bright fruit flavors.
Flavor Profile: Expect vibrant aromas of cherries, strawberries, and wildflowers, with a palate that is fresh, succulent, and slightly spicy.
