White wine from the right bank of the Serein River in Burgundy, France. It is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the prestigious Fourchaume vineyard, known for its southwest exposure and Kimmeridgian limestone soils.
The winery uses organic practices, fermenting with natural yeasts and aging the wine for 6 to 8 months—partially in stainless steel (85%) and partially in large barrels (15%).
Aroma: Features a well-defined bouquet with marine scents of oyster shell and sea spray, citrus peel, white flowers, and ripe melon.
Palate: Described as medium-bodied and "pillowy" yet fresh, offering flavors of orange cordial, lime, and white pepper.
